Background of the issue:
I am trying to manage the translation status of custom post types on my site الرابط المخفي. I noticed that the translation status icon for most posts changed from pencils to 'Needs update', even though the translation editor shows '100% complete'. I am unsure when or why this change occurred.

Symptoms:
The translation status of custom posts that are 100% translated have changed to 'Needs update'.

Questions:
What is the possible reason for the translation status icon changing from pencils to 'Needs update'?
For example, would changing the settings of an existing custom field in ACF cause this issue?
Is there a way to revert the status icon back to pencils?
