Background of the issue:
I have made a copy of the Norwegian site (barentsoutdoor.no) and placed it on barentsoutdoor.com. I want to translate all content from Norwegian to English on the new site without having Norwegian at all. We will be adding other languages later.
Symptoms:
During setup, I am asked what language the site is in (content is Norwegian but we have changed the language on the site to English), and how to organize languages. I am unsure how to proceed.

How can I translate content from Norwegian to English on the new site using WPML without adding/keeping Norwegian as a language?
What is the best way to organize languages in this scenario?
