Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that the footer is displayed correctly in all languages on my WordPress site. Our default language is English, but for some languages like Dutch and French, the footer is not showing. You can see the issue on this page: الرابط المخفي

Symptoms:
The footer is missing for some languages such as Dutch and French after pushing from staging to live.

Questions:
Why is the footer not showing for some languages like Dutch and French?
Do I need to check the configuration of the plugin or add migration code?
