I wanted to translate the date in our Taiwanese blog post. I tried to follow this documentation (https://wpml.org/documentation/getting-started-guide/translating-your-sites-date-format-using-wpml/) however even after doing it, the date's format remain unchanged. Can you please help us on this.

Current format:11 9 月, 202
Correct format: 2020年9月11日
