Background of the issue:
I unregistered the WPML plugin on my website الرابط المخفي and now I am trying to reconnect and activate it again. My hosting provider, SiteGround, confirmed that no outgoing connections are blocked. The WPML endpoints involved are: wpml.org → 172.67.73.29, api.wpml.org → 172.67.73.29, d1wpml.wordpress.com → 192.0.78.13.

Symptoms:
The site shows 'Please activate WPML Multilingual CMS' even though I entered my key again.

Questions:
Could you please reset the registration for this domain and allow me to register it again?
