問題の背景
I am using a Multilingual Blog account type on a site under development. I pressed the + button to translate a site that was in English by default into Japanese, which added a new page.

Do I need to use the Advanced Translation Editor in the Multilingual CMS type to extract and translate words and sentences?
When using the Advanced Translation Editor, instead of adding pages, do language files (po?) etc. get created and managed?
I want to edit the file and translate it manually, but can't I do that with the Multilingual Blog account type?
