Background of the issue:
I am trying to open the Advanced Translation Editor (ATE) to translate existing Spanish posts into English. When I click 'Translate' in WPML → Translation Management → Jobs, the ATE iframe opens but never finishes loading.
Symptoms:
The screen stays on “Almost there! Preparing your editor…” indefinitely — it never progresses past this point (the editor is completely stuck).

Why does the Advanced Translation Editor hang on 'Almost there! Preparing your editor…'?
What causes the error 'Unable to retrieve job details' in the ATE log?
