[נפתר] browser redirection

Background of the issue:
I have set the site to redirect based on browser language using WPML. The site URL is קישור נסתר.

Symptoms:
The site does not default to Hebrew after trying on different browsers with Hebrew settings.

Questions:
Why is the site not redirecting to Hebrew despite browser settings?
Are there any additional steps needed to ensure language redirection works?
