Background of the issue:
I am trying to use WPML's automatic translation feature to translate over 500 WooCommerce products into Arabic on my website: קישור נסתר. I have already purchased WPML automatic translation credits.

Symptoms:
The system is asking me to buy additional credits even though I have already purchased them. It seems the credits are not being properly assigned or recognized on my site.

Questions:
Why are the purchased WPML automatic translation credits not being recognized on my site?
