Background of the issue:
My site is built with WordPress v6.8.2, Elementor Pro v3.31.3, WooCommerce v10.1.2, and WPML Multilingual CMS v4.7.6. The main language is French (FR), with secondary languages DE, IT, ES, and EN.
Product categories are created in French and then translated into the other languages via the Translation of taxonomy menu.
When I select a category in French, the correct dynamic page is displayed. For example:

However, when I switch to English, the category slug remains in French instead of being translated. Example:
קישור נסתר
This URL results in a 404 error.
The category taxonomies are correctly translated, and the translation of the French string "categorie-produit" is also set correctly in all other languages.

Symptoms:
When switching to English (and other languages), the category base slug remains in French, causing a 404 error.

Questions:
Is this a WPML bug, or am I missing a configuration step?
