Background of the issue:
I am trying to install WPML like any other site we've ever done. The issue can be seen at קישור נסתר.

Symptoms:
The WordPress REST API must be enabled for WPML to work correctly. Ensure the REST API endpoint קישור נסתר is reachable and that the WordPress REST API is enabled.

How can I enable the WordPress REST API?
Why is the REST API endpoint not reachable?
