Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate original language to translated languages using WPML translator. The links in that page/post/elementor template/cpt etc will not be automatically translated anymore. This used to work before. I have tried updating all plugins & themes and translating link targets in WPML settings. Link to a page where the issue can be seen: קישור נסתר

Symptoms:
No automatic translation of links. All links not visible to manually translate.

Questions:
Why are links not being automatically translated anymore?
Why are all links not visible for manual translation in the WPML translation editor?
