Background of the issue:
On the frontend of a multilingual website (de/en), I have a German-language form (ACF) for data entry. After submitting this form, a WPML hook (wpml_cop_post_to_language) copies the post in English. I need to load this duplicated post immediately in another ACF frontend form for editing.

How can I load a frontend form (ACF) with a previously via hook created translated post for editing?
