I am trying to recover credits from my site קישור נסתר and transfer them back to my WPML.org account. I followed the official method mentioned in the WPML pop-up.

Symptoms:
The credits are not appearing or transferring back to my WPML.org account.

Why are the credits not appearing in my WPML.org account?
