We will have more than 3 locales, and I'm trying to understand if this setup requires an account upgrade from CMS to Agency since each locale will have its own domain. It seems WPML detects based on the admin URL. Symptoms: Questions: Does having more than 3 locales with their own domains require an account upgrade from CMS to Agency?
