Background of the issue:
I have assigned 60000 credits to airquee.com but they are not showing on the site. We just seem to be paying for what we use via pre-payment.

Symptoms:
Prepaid credits are not applying to the account as expected.

Questions:
Why are the 60000 credits not showing on airquee.com?
Why are we paying for usage via pre-payment instead of using the assigned credits?
