Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up translations for my WordPress site using WPML. My site is קישור נסתר. I am encountering issues with themes and plugins not being set for translation, yet strings still appear for translation, such as those tagged with "gutenberg."
Symptoms:
When translating my page, I encounter duplicate content: once as regular content and then again under core/classic block. Despite translating everything to 100%, it only shows 98% completion, preventing me from publishing the translation.
Questions:
Why are strings appearing for translation even though themes and plugins are not set for translation?
How can I resolve the issue of duplicate content and incomplete translation progress preventing publication?
