[נפתר] Translated text is not being saved in different language

Background of the issue:
Hi, we have a website that uses RankMath and WPML. When I make changes in RankMath (meta description) it does not save changes. I think it's related to WPML as text is being taken from other language version description. The site URL is קישור נסתר.

Why are changes in RankMath (meta description) not being saved?
Is WPML causing the meta description to be taken from another language version?
