[נפתר] Unhide language

Background of the issue:
I have been hidden Spanish language for a while, where it only has been visible on the backend. Now I want the Spanish translation to be visible for the public. I have changed it in "Language" "Hide language" and get the message, that all languages are displayed.

Symptoms:
When I check my website in incognito mode, the Spanish language is still not visible.

Questions:
Can you help me how to fix it?
