where can i manualy translate page to another language

Background of the issue:
I have installed and activated WPML for multiple languages on my site קישור נסתר. I am trying to manually translate a page from English to Slovene. (homepage and contact page)

Symptoms:
When I go to pages, I do not have an option to change the existing language (English) to an additional one (Slovene) in the side-by-side table for manual translation.

Questions:
How can I manually translate a page to another language using WPML?
