[נפתר] Woocommerce Product Attributes Translations (Taxonomy Translations) not working / updating

Background of the issue:
I am trying to update taxonomy translation from WPML Taxonomy Translations, but it is not translating. This issue is very long held yet, need to solve this issue today, thanks.

Symptoms:
After reload, the taxonomy translation reverts to the old one again.

Questions:
Why is the taxonomy translation not updating?
How can I fix the issue where the translation reverts after reloading?
