Background of the issue:
We have 2 languages set up in our site with WPML (UK and Australia) and are trying to use the PublishPress Capabilities role editor to limit the role of an Australian admin to translating and editing particular content in their language. I understand that WPML should create capabilities such as ‘wpml_edit_pages_in_language_xxx’ i.e. ‘wpml_edit_pages_in_language_au’ for Australia.

Symptoms:
The only capabilities that can be seen under the Capabilities Menu for WPML are various management capabilities, but not specific language editing capabilities like ‘wpml_edit_pages_in_language_au’.

Questions:
How can I set up capabilities in WPML to allow an Australian admin to translate and edit content only in their language?
Why are specific language editing capabilities like ‘wpml_edit_pages_in_language_au’ not appearing under the Capabilities Menu?
