Hello, how are you? I'm currently facing a problem:
when I downloaded WPML, the image appears white and I'm getting errors in the console, as shown in the attached image.

Hello and welcome to WPML support.
I removed the login information as you exposed that in a public forum reply.
I'd appreciate it if you could give me the URL/User/Pass of your WordPress dashboard after you make sure that you have a backup of your website.
It is absolutely important that you give us a guarantee that you have a backup so if something happens you will have a point of restore.

Make sure you set the next reply as private.

In general, here is what you need to do:
- Go to WordPress Dashboard > WPML > Support > Troubleshooting (link)
- Click the clear cache and set language information buttons.

That should fix the issue.

Thank you for following the steps mentioned. The information you gave to login does not work and says:"

Error: The password you entered for the ----------- is incorrect.

Please check the private checkbox juste below the rreply box for the immediate next reply.

If you reply once without activating that checkbo then you will not have that access again in the next reply.

Then you can add the login information.
