Sehr zufrieden!

Die Geschwindigkeit mit der ich zu den gewünschten Übersetzungen meines Webauftrittes gekommen bin ist beeindruckend. Auch die Qualität lässt nichts zu wünschen übrig. Der hohe Grad an Automatisierung mit welcher die zu übersetzenden Texte an die Übersetzer von ICanLocalize gesendet und wieder in die Webseite zurück übertragen werden ersparte uns viel Zeit und Kosten. Warum nur haben wir das nicht schon früher so gemacht?! Das hat wirklich hervorragend funktioniert.

One of the best support experiences so far!

Translation Part

Let’s start with some words about the translation part. First of all, we are not completely done with all pages yet, but so far everything worked really well. We also forwarded some content to an independent party and the result was great. Except for 3 minor mistakes the translation was perfect. We are really happy with the outcome and therefore can recommend using this service.

Support Experience

Besides the translation I would really like to give some feedback for the ICanLocalize Support Team as well – especially Irina. Irina showed remarkable effort to help us sort out a bigger issue. We deal with lots of different supports each day and to find a support like this is like finding the last unicorn! For us, working in the eWallet affiliate business with companies like Skrill, NETELLER and ecoPayz, it is important to always be able to offer a fast solution which clearly was the case here. The whole eWallet-Optimizer team really appreciates this! Keep up the great work!

Good and fast

The translations jobs were done within a few days. If a translator is delayed, ICanLocalize reminds them immediately. Sometimes ICanLocalize communicates a bit to much with me (too many emails), but I think it’s fine and it always keeps you informed regarding your translation status.

The quality of the translations seems to be fine. We have tested it with one translated page in a language we have a native speaker of.

I have also tested other translation services within ICanLocalize and even though the design of  ICanLocalize translation board is not the most modern one, it’s functional. OK.

Smooth process, very easy to use for site owner

We’ve been using WPML and ICanLocalize services for translating our website into other languages. Even though our native language is spoken by about 0,07% of world population, we’ve always found competent and fast translator for our projects.

We’re also been very happy with speed and pricing of service and will be using it in future.
