Background of the issue:
I am working on a site under development and trying to ensure that all of my custom taxonomies, which are set to translate, are automatically translated. I am following a specific WPML configuration for custom types and taxonomies.

Symptoms:
Custom taxonomies that are set to translate are not being automatically translated.

Questions:
Why are my custom taxonomies not being automatically translated despite being set to translate?
