Background of the issue:
We are trying to configure WPML in our developers' local environments for a WordPress VIP website. We have WPML keys for staging, which work fine, but we want to test locally. We used the documentation from скрытая ссылка to set up local environments with the same domain for all developers. We created a key for the domain dowjones-vip.vipdev.Indo.site:8000 and one without the port.

Symptoms:
When entering the WPML key in the registration step for our local dev environments, it throws an error.

Questions:
Why do the keys we create for our local dev environments never pass the registration step?
