Background of the issue:
I am trying to set up pay-as-you-go. After adding my credit card, I get an error message stating my account is in debt. My account has 8000 credits available, and I do not see any indication of debt or a way to pay for it. Additionally, the site listed in my account does not match our URL. It displays as our old dev environment: скрытая ссылка is listed twice. Once with the available credits (24) as скрытая ссылка and once as our old dev environment with 9878 credits.
Symptoms:
When enabling pay-as-you-go, I received the error message: "An error occurred when confirming the subscription: Your account has debt". I am unable to transfer credits back to WPML from our dev and staging environments. The tools tab has the error message: "There is a problem connecting to automatic translation. Please check your internet connection and try again in a few minutes. If you continue to see this message, please contact our support team."
