[Закрытые] WPML_Media_Attachment_By_URL_Query runs on href tag in Widget Area

Background of the issue:
I am trying to clean-up slow queries on the site and noticed WPML is running a query based off the "href" value of a link. It is searching the database for the URL as _wp_attached_file in the wp_postmeta table. But given this is an external URL set as a "href" it doesn't exist in the database. This is also a very expensive query to run on a large database and should not be run at all to begin with.

Symptoms:
Using a href in a widget area is causing WPML to trigger slow queries that are checking for the url from the href in the _wp_attached_file

Questions:
Is there a way I can get WPML to ignore this url? I am running into a similar issue with a img src used in a widget areas as well. That triggers a slow query and I don't need the img to be translated at all.
