Background of the issue:
I am trying to remove the 'This Site is Registered on wpml.org as a Development Site' notice for translated sites. I attempted to unregister WPML and register it with a new site key, and I also cleared the server and WPML cache. The issue can be seen on the page: 隐藏链接.
Symptoms:
The 'Development Site Notice' still appears at the bottom of the page for the sites 隐藏链接, 隐藏链接, and 隐藏链接, even after registering WPML with a new key.
