Background of the issue:
I created a new subsite at الرابط المخفي, finished the pages, and attempted to use WPML on the subsite to start translating. I expected the subsite to connect to the main site via a migration code. The issue can be seen at الرابط المخفي.
Symptoms:
The subsite is automatically being treated as the main site, and the same options are visible on both al-yarmok.edu.iq and history.al-yarmok.edu.iq. The main site is only showing an option to copy the migration code.

Why is the subsite being treated as the main site?
How can I connect the subsite to the main site using a migration code?
