Background of the issue:
I am trying to ensure that custom CSS is loaded properly on my WooCommerce shop pages. The custom CSS is stored in Elementor with the Pro Elements addon. The issue occurs on translated pages using WPML.

Symptoms:
Custom CSS is not loading properly on pages that consist mainly of WooCommerce content. All other pages display correctly.

Why is the custom CSS not loading properly on translated WooCommerce pages?
How can I ensure that custom CSS is applied correctly on all translated pages?
