[تم الحل] can't seem to translate are the social media buttons

My main website is in Dutch, the 2nd language is English.
I have created an About Us page in Dutch and I have translated everything to English. The only thing I can't seem to translate are the social media buttons (I have a different Facebook & Instagram page for English customers). How can I translate them?
