Problem:
The client is experiencing issues with the 'Automatic Translation Management' section in their WPML account. These include duplicate and ghost entries for the domain developress.pp.ua in the credit management dashboard, with one entry showing 2,000 credits and another showing 60,020 credits but with an invisible domain name. Additionally, the registered site fitolavka.shop does not appear in the Credit Management section, and the client is unable to withdraw credits, receiving an error message.
Solution:
We have added the credits from the ghost entry back to the client's account and rounded it up for the inconvenience. However, we do not have clearance to fix this issue directly, so we escalated the ticket for further resolution. The client should expect a delay due to a higher than usual queue, but we will keep them posted on the progress.
Please note that this solution might be outdated or not applicable to your case. We highly recommend checking related known issues at https://wpml.org/known-issues/, verifying the version of the permanent fix, and confirming that you have installed the latest versions of themes and plugins. Hello WPML Support Team, I am experiencing a significant technical glitch in my WPML account regarding the "Automatic Translation Management" section. The issues are as follows: Duplicate and Ghost Entries: The domain скрытая ссылка is duplicated in the credit management dashboard. One entry shows 2,000 credits. Another entry (where the domain name is invisible/blank in the list) shows 60,020 credits, but the "Manage Credits" button leads to the same developress.pp.ua admin panel. Missing Site: The registered site скрытая ссылка does not appear in the Credit Management section at all, even though it is correctly registered under my account. Unable to Withdraw Credits: I am currently unable to withdraw credits back to my main account balance from these duplicate entries. I receive an error stating: "Cannot withdraw credits to wpml.org, please contact support." Requested Actions: Please merge or delete the duplicate/ghost entries for скрытая ссылка so only one correct instance remains. Ensure that скрытая ссылка is properly displayed in the Automatic Translation management list. IMPORTANT: Please transfer ALL automatic translation credits from all my individual sites back to my main account balance (wpml.org). I want to start with a clean slate and redistribute them manually once the dashboard is fixed. I have attached screenshots showing the duplicate entries, the missing domain names in the list, and the error message when trying to withdraw credits. Looking forward to your prompt assistance in resolving this database inconsistency. |

Hello there, I apologize for the inconvenience you're having. In this case, it's best that you re-register the websites (follow those steps for скрытая ссылка and скрытая ссылка): 1. Go to wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list; After removing the website in step #01, the credits go back to the account and can be later reassigned. Let me know how it goes. Please note, that since the website receives free 2000 credits when added, it's not possible to transfer the last 2000 credits on the website. You'll see the error message when doing so. |

Hello Lucas, Thank you for the suggestion, but it doesn't solve the core issue because of the database glitch on the wpml.org dashboard. Please look closely at the screenshots I attached earlier: The "Ghost" Entry: In the "Automatic Translation Management" section, there is an entry with 60,020 credits that has NO domain name next to it (it's blank). Because it has no name, it does not appear in the list at wpml.org/account/sites. Question: How can I delete a site from the list (Step 1) if it doesn't exist in the "Registered Sites" list, but only haunts the "Credit Management" list? The 2,000 Credit Limit: I understand that the last 2,000 credits (the free ones) cannot be moved. However, I am trying to move the 60,020 credits and the 10,776 credits from workhost.pro. The system gives me an error for any amount I try to withdraw, not just the last 2,000. fitolavka.shop: This site is already registered in my "Sites" list, but it is missing from the "Credit Management" list. Re-registering it might help, but it won't fix the 60k credits stuck in the "ghost" account. My Request: Please don't ask me to perform manual steps on my WordPress installs yet. This is a server-side sync error between your "Registered Sites" database and your "ATE Credit" database. Can you please manually move the 60,020 credits from that "blank" entry back to my main account balance? Once that ghost entry is gone and the credits are safe, I will try to re-register the other sites as you suggested. |

Thank you for your message and the additional details. While I understand your interpretation of the issue, the troubleshooting steps I provided remain necessary. At this point, re-registering the affected sites is the required step to properly verify the source of the problem and to determine whether further action is needed on our side. We are not able to skip this part of the process based on assumptions alone, even when if you think it's a server-side sync issue. Please complete the requested steps and share the outcome with me for each site, and I will continue from there. I'll move the credits if you can't remove them after re-registering the websites. I've updated the steps for the websites you need to re-register: Follow those steps for скрытая ссылка, скрытая ссылка, and workhost.pro: 1. Go to wpml.org/account/sites and remove the website from the list; After removing the website in step #01, the credits go back to the account and can be later reassigned. Let me know how it goes. P.S: I added an image showing exactly which websites and where to click to remove them, so there's no confusion. Hello Lucas, I have followed your troubleshooting protocol exactly, but the "ghost" entry persists. This conclusively proves the issue is a server-side database error on wpml.org and cannot be fixed from my end. Summary of my actions (see attached screenshots): Full Reset: I unregistered and deleted EVERY site key from my account (see screenshot 011213.png showing "No sites yet"). Database Cleanup: I performed a full database search & replace and cleared all caches on my WordPress installs. Selective Re-registration: I have now registered ONLY 3 production sites: fitolavka.shop, optmax.com.ua, and geospektr-7.com.ua (see 021948.png). The Ghost Entry: I did NOT register any staging/development domains. However, in the "Credit Management" section, the entry with 60,020 credits still appears with no domain name (see 022130.jpg). The Situation: I have an orphaned record for a domain that is not registered in my account anymore. Because this "ghost" domain is not in my "Registered Sites" list, I have no way to delete it to trigger an automatic credit return. Requested Action: Please manually transfer these 60,020 credits from this orphan entry back to my main account balance. Manually delete the ghost entry from my ATE dashboard. Fix the display so скрытая ссылка correctly appears in the Credit Management list. |

I don't have clearance to fix this directly, so I escalated your ticket. They will fix it, so you can manage your credits normally. our queue is a bit higher than usual, so this can take up toa few days. I'll keep you posted. Thank you for your patience. |

У вас є 4 сайти: Проблема була з сайтом: У нашій системі існував дублікат цього сайту, і активний запис помилково був позначений як дублікат, через що він не відображався. Я це виправив, і тепер сайт має працювати коректно. Також є сайт: Він знаходиться в тій же організації, що і fitolavka.shop. Судячи з попередніх коментарів, ви видалили для нього site key, тому я припускаю, що ви більше не плануєте його використовувати. Я позначив його як Inactive. Будь ласка, дайте знати: Також, чи могли б ви зараз перевірити, як виглядає ваша сторінка, і підтвердити, що все працює як очікується?
