[נפתר] A link to an english URL results in showing a german URL

Background of the issue:
I am trying to link to an English shop URL from the page קישור נסתר. The URL appears correct in the browser's bottom left corner.

Symptoms:
When I click on the link, it opens the German URL of the product instead of the English one.

Why does the link to the English shop URL redirect to the German URL?
How can I ensure the link opens the correct English URL?
