[נפתר] Creating Different Elementor Templates Per Language with WPML

Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate a Popup from Elementor to the DE language using WPML. I have the Popup in EN language but can't translate it. I found two manuals but to no avail. The Popups are not in the Theme Builder, and there is no Template for this Popup in the list when trying to connect the translation.

Symptoms:
I can't translate the EN Popup from Elementor to DE language, and there is no Template for this Popup (Offcanvas) in the list when trying to Connect the translation.

Questions:
How can I translate a Popup from Elementor to another language using WPML?
Why is the Popup not appearing in the Theme Builder or the Template list for translation?
