Background of the issue:
I am using a staging site to try and create a header and footer for each language. This will have different information for each language. I am following documentation from https://wpml.org/forums/topic/different-elementor-templates-per-language-bug/.

Symptoms:
No specific issue or error message mentioned.

How can I create a header and footer for each language using WPML?
