Background of the issue:
I am trying to delete a translation job from the list in WPML, but when I click the trash-can icon, it does not delete the job. I need it deleted to be able to link to SmartCat.
Symptoms:
When I attempt to delete a translation job, it gets labeled 'Cancelled - Needs update' instead of being deleted, and it remains in the list.

Why does the translation job get labeled 'Cancelled - Needs update' instead of being deleted?
How can I successfully delete a translation job?
