Background of the issue:
I am trying to translate 4 articles automatically using WPML, but only one was successful.

Symptoms:
In the list of articles, I see a gear icon, and when I reload, I see two arrows going around in a circle, but the translated article is not available in the front-end.
Questions:
Why are only some articles being translated successfully?
What do the gear icon and the arrows going around in a circle indicate in the translation queue?
