Background of the issue:
I am doing quality control and noticed an issue with theme strings. The translated content is switched to default. You can see the issue on this page: קישור נסתר.
Symptoms:
I expected to see the default English text, but instead, I got translated French text.

Why is the translated content switching to default?
How can we make sure this never happens again?
