[נפתר] Trouble registering my staging site – cannot access migration code

Background of the issue:
I am working on a staging site for our website קישור נסתר. WPML is prompting me to confirm that this is a staging site and to assign translation credits via a migration code.

Symptoms:
When I click the link to generate the migration code, I receive the error message: 'You do not have access.' Despite deactivating all other plugins, switching to the parent Hello Elementor theme, and ensuring all WPML plugins are active and up to date, the Translation Management tools are still unavailable.

Questions:
How can I proceed and properly register my staging site so I can access Translation Management?
