Background of the issue:
I've deployed my staging site to production following Kor's guidance from the WPML forum. The deployment process worked fine. See https://wpml.org/forums/topic/full-deployment-from-staging-to-live-site/

Symptoms:
I see the message 'WPML detected a change in your site’s URL' in the production site dashboard.

Questions:
Is it expected to see the 'WPML detected a change in your site’s URL' message after following the deployment steps?
Should I proceed with 'Start Migration' after seeing this message?
