Background of the issue:
I am trying to have a horizontal language switcher in the TOP NAV bar on the left-hand side. I currently use the WPML multilanguage plugin which is a pull-down option. I can't change within this plugin to a horizontal switcher. Its completely setup under WPML - languages. I selected it to be shown on the TOP BAR LEFT menu as the first item but it won't show.
Symptoms:
The horizontal language switcher does not appear in the TOP BAR bar on the left-hand side despite being set up in WPML.

How should I change the language switcher to a horizontal format in WPML?
Why is the language switcher not showing in the TOP BAR LEFT menu?
