Background of the issue:
I am trying to generate a page sitemap for all languages using the WPML SEO plugin with Yoast SEO. The issue can be seen at קישור נסתר. I expected to see the page sitemap for all languages, similar to the other sitemaps generated by Yoast, available at קישור נסתר.

Symptoms:
The page-sitemap.xml is empty, while other sitemaps like post, products, and category products are okay. Disabling the WPML SEO plugin generates the page sitemap only for the main language, excluding the other two languages.

Questions:
Why is the page-sitemap.xml empty when using the WPML SEO plugin?
How can I generate the page sitemap for all languages?
