Problem:
The client reported an issue with the failure to initialize the ATE dashboard, receiving an error message indicating an 'Empty or invalid response'.
Solution:
We recommended the client to download a fresh copy of the WPML plugins from https://wpml.org/account/downloads/ and install them to replace the current versions. Additionally, we advised checking the admin user profile to ensure it includes an email address, first name, and last name. This can be done by visiting https://your-site.it/wp-admin/profile.php. If the problem persists after these steps, we suggested that the client provide temporary access (wp-admin and FTP) to the site for further investigation.
