Problem:
The client needed to manually translate content using a page builder that is not compatible with WPML.
Solution:
We recommend using the WPML manual translation method. Here are the steps:
1. Duplicate the page from the default language to another language.
2. Switch the language from the backend top bar area to the target language.
3. Go to the "Pages" main list.
4. Edit the duplicated page with your preferred builder and manually change the text or recreate it as needed.
However, we cannot guarantee that this will work due to the lack of compatibility with WPML. We also suggest contacting the plugin authors and recommending them to join our Go Global program, where our Compatibility developers will assist in making their product fully compatible with WPML at no cost.

Problem:
The client reported two issues on their multilingual site. The first issue was a missing block on the English version of the homepage that appeared during page load but was not present in the Italian version. The second issue involved having to click twice to display translations; sometimes the page would load in the same language, and only after a second click would the correct translation appear. Additionally, the client needed assistance translating a slider to English, as it was only displaying in Italian.

Solution:
1. We asked the client to temporarily deactivate the WPML plugin to check if the additional container at the bottom of the page still displayed.
2. We requested temporary access (WP-Admin and FTP) to the client's site to examine the issues more closely and suggested creating a backup using the UpdraftPlus plugin.
3. We resolved the homepage issue on the English page and advised the client to reapply the translations manually, as some template options were not transferred correctly.
4. We edited the page using the page builder and corrected the slider shortcode for the client.
5. We provided instructions on how to duplicate the Italian Slider and translate it into English manually, or use the Italian Language Slider and follow the method described in the WPML documentation for creating multilingual sliders with Revolution Slider.
6. We added the missing 'Home' link in the English language menu for the client.
7. We inserted the missing 'Home' menu on the mobile menu for the English language page.
