Problem: The client was trying to change the French version of the logo on their website but was unable to see the changes take effect, despite attempting to swap the image in media translations.
Solution: We accessed the WPML > String Translation section and searched for the file name of the English logo. We then replaced the French translation for the URL with the new URL that the client wanted. After refreshing the page a few times to clear the cache, the new French logo displayed correctly.
If you're experiencing a similar issue with updating a logo for a different language version on your site, we recommend you try the following steps: 1. Go to WPML > String Translation. 2. Search for the file name of the logo you wish to change. 3. Replace the translation for the URL with the new logo URL. 4.
