Problem: The client added the English language to their site but encountered an error. Additionally, WPML was not translating WooCommerce and Extra Product Options & Add-Ons for WooCommerce fields such as "Add to cart" and "Select options". Despite translating everything in string translation and using Localization to scan strings, the translations were not appearing.
Solution: We recommended the client to update WPML and the String Translation plugin by following these steps: 1. Navigate to Plugins -> Add New in the WordPress admin area. 2. Click on the "Commercial" tab. 3. Click on the "Check for updates" button in the WPML section. 4. Select every red plugin available in the list and click on "Download" at the bottom. After updating, we advised to: 1. Go to WPML > Support > Troubleshooting. 2. Click on "Show custom MO Files Pre-generation dialog box". 3. Refresh the page to display the MO files dialog box. 4. Regenerate the MO Files.

Problem: The client was experiencing an issue with doubled language directories in URLs after updating the WPML plugin.
Solution: 1. We confirmed that the WPML plugin had been updated to version 4.6.9, which might have resolved the issue automatically if automatic updates were enabled. 2. We suggested checking the Site URL and WordPress URL in "Settings > General" to ensure they do not include a trailing slash (/) at the end, as this could cause similar issues. We also informed the client that the issue had been identified and a solution was included in WPML version 4.6.10 (Beta).
