Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the number of posts differing across languages (Arabic, Hebrew, and English) in their WPML setup. They are looking for a way to synchronize all languages without adding unnecessary translation data. Solution: Firstly, we checked the WPML > Translation Management and noticed that some products haven't been translated into each language, which causes discrepancies in product counts. To resolve this, the client should manually translate these products into the respective languages using the filter option in the Translation Management section.
Additionally, WPML does not support automatic duplication of posts or products into other languages when added in the default language. If the client wants to avoid manual duplication, they can set the translation preference for the 'Product' post type to 'Translatable - use translation if available or fallback to default language' by navigating to WPML > Settings > Post Type Translation. This setting allows the default product to appear in other languages without manual duplication.
