Problem: The client is experiencing issues with the permalinks of posts in their Custom Post Types (CPTs) created with Advanced Custom Fields (ACF). These posts are displayed using an Elementor loop with a dynamic entry post link, showing as a post ID (?p=XXXX) instead of a pretty URL. Additionally, despite being translated, the themebuilder templates are not being applied correctly. Solution: First, we recommended increasing the WordPress memory limit to meet WPML's minimum requirements by adding the following line in the wp-config.php file:
Next, we adjusted the settings for 'Field Groups (acf-field-group)' and 'Post Types (acf-post-type)' in WPML -> Settings -> Post type translation to ensure they display correctly. We also advised the client to re-save the permalinks in Settings -> Permalinks and clear the cache to prevent seeing an outdated version of the content.
