Problem: The client was experiencing issues with Jupiter X theme's Popup module when used with WPML and Elementor. Specifically, the popup trigger and targeting options were not visible in different languages, and popups were not loading correctly after being saved. Solution: We identified the issue as a compatibility problem and suggested the following steps: 1. Set translation preferences to "Copy once" for _jupiterx_popup_conditions and _jupiterx_popup_triggers. 2. Create a popup in the default language and set the condition/trigger to Include > Singular > Pages > [frontpage name in FR]. 3. Switch to the WP editor in the language sidebar and translate manually to have a different design. 4. Edit the popup in Elementor and set the condition to Include > Singular > Pages > [frontpage name in EN]. Additionally, for general rules such as "Entire site" or "All pages", a workaround was implemented by modifying the code in /wp-content/plugins/jupiterx-core/includes/popups/popup-templates/frontend.php to ensure that popups display correctly according to the language of the page.
